The Emperor 1 Sergio Apolloni Memorial Scholarship was founded in 1991 by Emperor 4 Andrew Kennedy under the protectorate of the Trillium Knights of Ontario. The scholarship program was transferred to the U of T with a donation, in 2000, by Emperor 10 Mr. Gary Farr. The Mark S. Bonham Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies - University College (University of Toronto)  now manages this endowment fund which is annually awarded to a LGBT student in the SDS Program

“We are delighted that TICOT is once again supporting student scholarships at Sexual Diversity Studies”, said program Director Brenda Cossman. “Our students will benefit enormously from the dedication and generosity of the Members of the Court.”

TICOT's scholarship was the first offered in the Sexual Diversity Studies program, when it was founded and has been a catalyst for many advancements in the study of Sexual Diversity and the growth of the program from an undergraduate minor course in 1998 to now an undergraduate Specialist (10 full courses) and a Major (at least 6).
